Return Window
Transparency is key. We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. Your request must be initiated via WhatsApp with your order details and clear item imagery.

Exchanges & Defects
Exchanges are subject to our limited Outlet Stock. If you receive a defective item, notify us within 24 hours for a priority replacement at no cost. For standard exchanges, shipping fees apply.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
