1. Request Period

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Customer Service with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Reason for return/exchange

2. Eligibility

For a request to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • With all original tags (Tags) attached.
  • In its original packaging and condition.
  • Free from any scents or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items on Sale/Clearance
• Underwear & Swimwear
• Perfumes & Gift Cards
• Damaged by misuse

* Items without original packaging or tags are strictly non-eligible.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Since we offer Outlet products with limited quantities, availability of sizes/colors is not guaranteed. Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.

4. Wrong/Damaged Items

Contact us within 24 hours if you receive a defective or incorrect item. In this case, returns/exchanges are processed with no additional fees.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds: Processed via the original payment method after inspection. Electronic refunds may take 5-15 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations: You can cancel within 12 hours of order confirmation (before shipping). Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
