Order Cancellation

We value your flexibility. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellation by ASWAQ ORAPA

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following instances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Pricing or system errors occurred.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

Financial

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Upon a confirmed cancellation:

• If the payment was made online, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
